1. First Meeting: Imagining and Planning

  • Listen to your needs and desires
  • View inspiration pictures and project photos
  • Discuss your anticipated budget/investment comfort zone
  • Discuss your design needs and architectural options

2. Second Meeting: Pre-Design Review & Pre-Construction Agreement

  • Review and sign the Pre-Construction Partnership Agreement which allows us to continue consulting and providing pre-construction services
  • Review initial floor plan sketches and main area details

3. Design Process

  • Begin AutoCAD, Revit Drawing
  • Revise drawing’s to satisfaction
  • Review and revise the WholeBuild guide
  • Finalize interior/exterior selections and drawing’s

4. Bidding & Budgeting Process

  • Gather pricing from trade specialists
  • Review design selections and plans; point out any change value opportunities

5. Construction Agreement

  • Review budget forecast
  • Review and sign construction agreement
  • Collect construction deposit
  • Apply for building permit

6. Onsite Pre-Construction

  • Review scope of work
  • Discuss any other concerns before construction begins
  • Review construction time-line
  • Give access to online construction portal

7. Throughout Construction

  • Meet weekly to discuss any concerns or questions and update you on the progress of your home
  • Continually bring you up-to-date with current budget and schedule
  • Review construction at key phases for changes or updates

8. Post Construction

  • Final walk through with you and your family to review any concerns or questions
  • Hand out home warranty guide and review home maintenance tips
  • Follow-up 1 month and 11 months from move-in date
  • Provide resources for any post-construction services or maintenance
